Life Planning
End of Life Preparations include the creation of advance directives, living will guidance, estate organizing, end of life education, legacy planning, and identifying client needs such as placement, home care, or supported living. I help my clients streamline their end of life planning and improve their overall quality of life.
You do not have to be actively dying (though aren’t we all) to benefit from this package. Life Management is lifelong, its just good to start planning. -
Care Management
Care Management services include individualized care plans, caregiver training on case specifics, workbooks for personal journals, group meetings with care team, and patient advocacy as requested.

Soul
Soul services include patient advocacy, transition support, VSED, 24/7 open line of communication, bedside visits, and private staffing for an additional cost.
My goal is to help my clients experience a “Good Death” as their final act of Life.
*in-home staffing can be added to this package for $35/hr. on weekday mornings, and $40/hr. on evenings and weekends. Overnight staffing can be requested as needed on a case by case basis. -

Grief Guidance
Grief Guidance includes making contact and connections to notify next of kin and chosen resources that a loved one has passed, home funeral planning, scattering of ashes (Washington State), obituaries and eulogies, and memorial guidance.
My goal is to guide my clients through their grief, validate their needs, and relieve them of stress during an already challenging time.
